I am an integrative clinician providing psychotherapy, coaching, and mindful medication management to support meaningful and lasting change. I am also a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s from UCSF (2018), where I trained at Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital and Clinics. Additionally, I hold a Sociology degree from Dartmouth College, have completed coursework at the San Francisco Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program, and foundational studies in energy medicine at the Academy of Intuition Medicine. I continue to refine my work through ongoing psychoanalytic supervision.
As a Stanford-trained Psychiatrist, I offer medication management and therapy for a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, anger, stress, burnout, divorce, addiction, and others. I see adults age 18-60. I am also board certified in Addiction Medicine. I am not treating ADHD with stimulant medications at the current time due to in-person visit requirements to prescribe controlled substances. I am unable to offer therapy only if you have another psychiatrist (I will need to manage your psychiatric medications).
Hello! I am a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive international clinical, research, and academic experience.
I completed my psychiatry residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, following a Clinical Neuroscience of Mood Disorders Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. Earlier in my career, I practiced as a psychiatrist in Istanbul, Turkey, after completing my medical degree at Ankara University School of Medicine.
I believe that each person brings a unique story shaped by their life experiences, values, and cultural background. My clinical work has taken place across a variety of settings—including academic institutions, state hospitals, and community mental health clinics—which has helped me develop a flexible, respectful, and collaborative approach to care.
My name is Luis Rosas, PMHNP-BC, and I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a background in emergency nursing and mental health. I’ve spent years caring for patients in high-stress and crisis settings, which taught me the value of resilience, compassion, and meeting people where they are. I provide care for adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and substance use challenges. My mission is to help clients regain balance, build strength, and move toward the life they want with clarity and confidence.
Hi, I’m Christina! I’m a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience in healthcare. I earned my bachelor’s degree from UCLA, master’s from Cal State LA, and post-graduate certification from National University.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in family practice, urgent care, and emergency settings, which has given me a broad understanding of how physical and mental health are connected.
I specialize in supporting individuals who are dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns.
I am a psychiatrist with specialized training in child, adolescent, and addiction psychiatry. I provide high-quality, personalized care using evidence-based therapies and medication management. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and addiction, offering CBT, behavioral management, and motivational interviewing. I work with individuals across all life stages, tailoring treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs and support their journey toward wellness.
I am a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in both Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health. With a foundation in whole-person, evidence-based care, I integrate medical management with psychotherapy and lifestyle interventions to support mental and physical wellness.
My background spans outpatient psychiatry, primary care, home health, and assisted living settings, allowing me to understand the unique needs of patients across all stages of life. I have extensive experience treating mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and chronic medical comorbidities that impact emotional well-being.
I believe in creating a collaborative, compassionate, and culturally sensitive environment where patients feel heard and empowered to take an active role in their care. My approach focuses on building balance—supporting both the mind and body—through medication management, therapy, and integrative care strategies.
