I’m Rachel Benjamin, and I help individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges to build more authentic, connected, and empowered lives. Together, we’ll identify the patterns and barriers that have been holding you back and work toward lasting change around your strengths and values. If you are thinking about starting therapy, or returning after some time away, but feeling unsure, you’re not alone. Taking that first step can bring up a mix of emotions. If you’re wondering whether now is the right time, it likely means you’re ready to begin exploring meaningful change.
Hi, I’m Dianna Johnson, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) with over two decades of experience helping people find hope, healing, and meaningful change. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship issues, and stress management.
I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals living with Borderline Personality Disorder and those who struggle with impulsivity or emotional intensity. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build emotional balance, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
I support you in achieving your best quality of life as you define "quality of life". I encourage personal growth throughout the life span and will use whatever therapeutic tools available to help you reach your goals. It's never too late to start your journey.
I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with experience supporting neurodiverse children and their families through DIR/Floortime, parent coaching, and mental health services since 2020. My practice is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect for each client’s unique strengths. I’m committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and build meaningful paths forward. I look forward to offering a supportive, collaborative space where you can feel understood and empowered.
Like many, I chose to shift careers later in life - call it a "third act" - to a professional path in mental health. As a result, I've found that my previous careers in both the arts and physicial fitness have cultivated my personal approach to therapy - one that emphasizes collaboration, empowerment, and unconditional regard for each client's unique perspective and concerns.
I specialize in supporting high-functioning adults navigating ADHD, burnout, addiction, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is direct, compassionate, and focused on helping you understand how your mind works—while building practical tools that create real, lasting change.
As a queer, bi-ethnic EMDR-trained (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) clinician, I broadly apply a social justice, sex-positive, feminist, and psychodynamic approach to help my clients get “unstuck” by moving through trauma and finding clarity and empowerment within the context of the world we live in today.
Everyone faces emotional challenges at some point in life. In today's virtual world and remote work, feelings of loneliness or disconnection from family, friends and coworkers- combined with daily stressors, difficulties in interpersonal relationships, and work-related pressures- can make these struggles even more overwhelming. If you are experiences depression or anxiety, feeling stuck despite your continued best efforts, or finding that your quality of life isn't where you want it to be, psychotherapy can provide the support, guidance, and tools to help create meaningful change.
