

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I treat patients struggling with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, addiction, OCD, thyroid disease and hormone imbalance. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients. I also provide genetic testing for those patients who have struggled with limited response to medications or side effects.
Gwen earned her Undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in 2004 before earning her Masters in social work from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2018. She was a high school teacher and social worker in the public school system for 10 years. She has an active License in Clinical Social Work as well as a certificate in School Social Work, and experience providing social work services in the public school system and non-profit sector, with adolescents as well as adults.
Hello! I'm Michelle Miller and I've been practicing therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for over 15 years. I recognize how challenging it can be to step into the process of healing and change. I strive to make the therapy process feel approachable and safe.
Somewhere along the way, I learned to see the world through attachment-colored glasses. I enjoy exploring relationships, emotions, and our experience of life as a reflection of our attachment organization. I am a Chicano male raised in the Midwest. I have served my community as a counselor, professor, mentor, therapist, and advocate for students, especially first generation and men of color. I have a Masters in Social Work and an LCSW that has allowed me the opportunity to connect my ancestral practices in relating with the mystery and the emerging field of psychedelic assisted psychotherapy.
Hi! My name is Devin Rodriguez. I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois in a Latin home. I speak Spanish and English with my ethnic background being a little bit of a lot of things. Through my previous training as a counselor and current doctorate-level training in psychology, I’ve studied many different methods that I utilize to help others on their healing journey to overcome trauma, depression, and/or anxiety.
