You might look like you're holding it all together on the outside, but inside feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Maybe you're overthinking, struggling in relationships, or navigating a life transition that feels harder than expected.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in both outpatient therapy and hospital-based crisis work, including emergency department settings. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, and life transitions, especially those who are used to being the “strong one” for others but are ready for space to slow down and feel supported.
My background includes working with a wide range of emotional and relational concerns, and I aim to create a space where you can step out of your day-to-day roles and focus on yourself in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and meaningful.
I am super passionate about providing affirming care to neurodivergent people. I received my Masters Degree from the University of Northern Colorado and have been working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults for my entire career. I think therapy should feel relational, and I aim to provide a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. Every person is the expert in their life, and I love helping people see their strengths and challenging areas that clients feel stuck in.
I am a clinical social worker and graduated from the University of Michigan School of Social Work where I focused on early childhood development and family practice. I have training in, child development, attachment theory, play therapy, mindfulness, infant and child-parent psychotherapy, perinatal and postpartum transitions, mind-body techniques, couples therapy and trauma-focused therapies.
As a licensed clinical social worker, it is my honor to offer safety, support, and understanding as you bravely step into the exploration of a richer, more fulfilling life. I practice primarily Internal Family Systems to address life challenges with trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief.
I have 14+ years of clinical experience with outpatient/inpatient clients, crisis work, and supervising other therapists. Working with adults clients around trauma, self-exploration, life transitions, spiritual or existential issues, and grief/loss. I bring a sense of humor and an easy, informal approach to this deep and meaningful work.
