Hi, I'm Dr. Clay Connelly, but please just call me "Clay." I'm a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience in mental health and wellness. I specialize in many areas, including anxiety, depression, anger management, and trauma recovery. In general, I'm passionate about helping individuals navigate life as a whole and improve their mental health and overall well-being.
Aloha, I’m Olivia—a Licenses Mental Health Counselor, military spouse, and yogi—devoted to helping others grow, heal, and thrive. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, & families navigating a wide range of mental health needs. I’m especially passionate about helping people through life transitions, personal growth, relationship challenges, and supporting women during pre and post- pregnancy. My style is warm, collaborative, and focused on creating a safe space for healing and growth. In our work together, you can expect to gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical tools to move through life’s challenges.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Florida, New Jersey, Iowa, and Massachusetts, with several years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I earned my Master’s in Social Work and have since worked in both residential and outpatient settings, helping adults navigate complex emotional experiences and build lasting resilience.
I’m trained in EMDR therapy and integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. My style is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, creating a space where you can safely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, heal from the past, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
I’m a proud mom of three amazing kids who keep me grounded and remind me of what truly matters. I love spending time with family and friends—playing board games, baking sweet treats, and sharing lots of laughter (often at my own expense!). My faith in Christ is an important part of who I am and guides how I show up for others.
I’ve served my country as a Soldier for over 23 years, which has shaped me into someone who is empathetic, open-minded, and accepting of others. I hold a Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University, and while much of my work has focused on addiction counseling, I also support clients working through trauma, depression, and anxiety.
My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, understanding space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
I’m Jen DiGianni, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults through individual, family, and couples therapy. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and women’s mental health concerns, including postpartum anxiety and depression.
I believe that the strength and confidence you’re looking for already exist within you. My role is to help you uncover those strengths and build the tools needed to manage life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
I bring over 13 years of experience since graduating from Boston University, and throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to work with both children and adults. Today, my focus is primarily on supporting adults navigating life’s stressors and transitions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I understand how culture and language shape our identities and the way we experience the world. Together, we’ll work to identify what truly helps you feel better and move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
