Life is complicate. Change is hard. Wellness is worth it.
I am here to walk this path with you.
I help you explore the possibilities of change in an open minded, compassionate, supportive and unconditionally accepting environment. Change can be scary and difficult. Throughout the therapeutic process, you will have an opportunity to access inner strengths, explore past experiences, confront fears, gain insight with a sense of mindfulness and curiosity. No matter where you are in your journey, whether it is to optimize emotional and/or physical wellbeing or maintain it, integrative therapy can help.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a solid background in evidence-based care, combined with genuine compassion and a commitment to helping my patients overcome challenges and improve their quality of life. Over the past eight years, I have worked with children, teens, and adults on various mental health issues. My research experience covers topics like disordered eating, self-esteem, and media influences, which helps me understand how external factors affect mental health. Most importantly, I see therapy as a partnership built on trust, respect, and your unique strengths and experiences.

Jami Rieffel, LMFT
Founder & Therapist, CoAuthored Therapy
I believe therapy is most powerful when it feels like a story we write together. I bring a collaborative, narrative-based approach to working with individuals, couples, and families. My goal is to create a space where clients feel both supported and empowered to re-author the stories that shape their lives.
I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University, where I focused on systems theory and narrative practice. Over the years, I’ve worked with diverse populations supporting clients through challenges such as relationship transitions, trauma recovery, and identity exploration.
Christine is a specialist in sleep disorders, phobias, and emotional blocks. She is a unique practitioner who combines clinical approaches with deep-healing techniques, including grounding exercises, evidence-based EFT tapping, and EMDR therapy. Christine is incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about how effective these combined techniques can be for you.
Christine focuses on techniques that will efficiently help you to help yourself. She does not believe that therapy necessarily has to take a long time or a "one-size-fits-all" approach. She embraces a broad spectrum of approaches, depending on what is most beneficial. Christine is an active volunteer with various charitable organizations and enjoys walking her two Vizslas, hot yoga, kayaking, and gardening.
