College and early adulthood can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time. I work with college students and young adults who are navigating academic pressure, shifting friendships, family expectations, dating, and big life decisions. You might look like you’re managing it all, but inside you feel anxious, unsure of yourself, or constantly comparing where you are to everyone else. Whether you’re struggling with burnout, identity questions, or just trying to figure out your next step, therapy can be a place to slow down and actually breathe.
I have been practicing in the field of mental health for twelve years after receiving a Master of Social Work from University of Saint Francis. My hope is to help you navigate through the various stressors that are bringing you into therapy, in a warm, safe, confidential space. I want to help you understand what is maintaining your negative feelings and behaviors and find ways to work through them in a way that allows you to live your life to the fullest.
I've been a therapist for over five years now and recently received my LCSW. I enjoy combining my faith-centered approach with EMDR, IFS, and CBT that enhances each session. I've witnessed much healing and looking forward to continuing to help those in need.
Hello, future client! I believe everyone wants to feel happy, healthy, and fulfilled—but sometimes life gets in the way. I'm here to help you recognize your strengths, work through challenges, and move toward the changes you want. I'm easy to talk to and aim to make therapy feel like that honest conversation you’ve been needing—supportive, real, and refreshing. Sessions are always tailored to your goals in a warm, welcoming space.

Aubry would describe herself as a straight-shooter, values direct communication and thus loves working with couples/relationship dynamics where accountability and empathy collide.
Building on my decade of experience in the mental health field, my personality style in therapy is rooted in warmth, genuine curiosity, and thoughtful directness. I strive to be a compassionate and steady presence, creating a secure, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your deepest challenges. While I lead with empathy and active listening, I also believe in providing honest, practical feedback and gentle challenges when necessary, ensuring our work together is productive and goal-oriented. My approach is always collaborative—I am here to be a reliable partner and guide, helping you uncover your inherent strengths and wisdom.
