

Sarah Clark is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who is dedicated to providing services to children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. Sarah believes in the importance of developing a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients and meeting each of their individual needs in a unique way.
Sarah has experience working in a wide variety of school settings, as well as community-based organizations and mental health clinics. Sarah is passionate about utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. In addition to these experiences, Sarah has experience providing family therapy, as well as facilitating support groups for caregivers. I provide therapeutic support for children ages 4-18, Parenting support, and young adulthood (18-30 yrs old). I specialize in symptoms of anxiety, depression, oppositional behaviors, parenting strategies, trauma, ADHD, social anxieties, and major life transitions (family changes, going to college, and career changes). Therapies used include DBT, CBT, MATCH, TF-CBT, MST concepts, Parent Training Management, Motivational Interviewing, play therapy interventions, and talk/processing therapy.
