I am passionate about helping people heal, grow, and feel more at home in their own lives. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative.
I have a Master’s in Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Clinical Counseling Psychology, and have spent over 20 years supporting individuals through mental health crises, trauma, and life transitions. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) and I genuinely love what I do.
My career has been dedicated to working with some of the most overlooked populations including justice-involved individuals, those navigating reentry, and people in the midst of life’s most difficult moments. My background spans clinical counseling, crisis intervention, and correctional settings, giving me a uniquely grounded perspective on what healing actually requires.
This is a space where all parts of your story are welcome, and where we work together toward the version of yourself you want to become.

My name is Caitlin, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor. I treat both mental health and substance use disorders. I am here to be present with you on your journey of growth and exploration!
I specialize and am trained in addressing concerns of anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. I use Motivational Interviewing to meet you where you are in your journey while pulling skills from CBT & DBT to help you in your day-to-day life. Modalities like psychodynamic are used to make connections to your past and to your family of origin in order to deepen your insight into unhelpful patterns and thinking styles.
Sometimes the only way out is through. I am here to walk through the mud with you.
I help ambitious adults who feel plateaued or stuck in their work, relationships, healing or personal growth. On the surface life may look solid, yet anxiety lingers, relationships feel strained, or old patterns keep showing up when they try to move forward in their work, relationships, or personal growth. You understand yourself intellectually, but the deeper patterns still feel outside your control. Often the coping strategies that once propelled you forward are now the very things holding you back. You may even know exactly what needs to change, yet still find yourself repeating the same reactions when pressure rises.
My specialty is being relatable and making people comfortable in therapy. My unique perspective helps you recognize your strengths to become the person you want to be and live the life you want to live. Together, we will assess all aspects of your life, use a variety of proven therapies that suit you, and find the best ways to challenge unhelpful thoughts.
