I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals who are struggling to find their way in a complicated world. My practice offers a space for anyone who is looking for a sense of shelter and refuge where they can breathe, process their thoughts and feelings and find meaning in their life. I believe that everyone has the capacity to change and develop internal strength and resilience. It is my goal to empower those who are seeking new ways of looking at themselves and their relationships. Talk therapy has the ability to soothe our hearts and minds. More than ever, we need to find ways to reprogram our fear-driven minds.
I received my MSW from Columbia University and have been a clinician for 8 years. I incorporate CBT with a psychodynamic approach in order to both affirm and challenge clients. My practice is rooted in a strengths-based and person-centered approach. To help you meet your goals, I prioritize understanding you and where your identity, values, and life experiences intersect.
