I’m an Experienced Bilingual Psychotherapist specializing Anxiety, Depression, Career Life Changes, Perinatal Mood Disorders- Birth trauma/ Fertility challenges and life transitions.
I’m Justyna Rzewinski, PhD (c), LCSW, founder of Justice Journey Wellness LLC. I provide trauma-informed, compassionate therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and the lasting impact of incarceration or systemic trauma.
Many of the adults I work with grew up feeling unseen—whether because of childhood trauma, emotionally unavailable parents, or painful relationship patterns. Those early experiences can stay with us, shaping the way we see ourselves and connect with others. Over time, it can feel like you’re stuck in the same cycles, questioning your worth, or struggling to build the relationships you want.
Becoming a therapist felt like a natural calling: a way to combine compassion with practical tools to help people heal, grow, and find balance. Over the years, I’ve seen how therapy can transform lives—restoring hope, strengthening relationships, and helping clients rewrite the stories they tell themselves. That transformation is what inspires me every day to do this work with warmth, empathy, and genuine care. I absolutely love what I do and I feel very blessed to do this work everyday.
I practice long-term existential-holistic psychotherapy using a non-pathologizing approach. I believe, your distress isn’t just a barrier - it’s a catalyst for growth. Together, we confront uncertainty, cultivate authentic connections, and open pathways to profound transformation, allowing your authentic self to emerge.
Hi! My name is Jillian and I am a licensed social worker. I work primarily with adults and young adults (18+) to help manage topics such as anxiety, stress and life transitions. I also have a strong background in supporting those who may be navigating medical challenges like chronic or terminal illness.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in New York, with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University Teachers College. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and compassion, while also being direct and giving the gentle challenges that are sometimes needed. I believe in creating a safe space where you can explore all parts of yourself, even those that are difficult. Together, we will work to help you connect with your true self in order build the life and relationships you want.
I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from New York University's Silver School of Social work. Prior to earning my master's degree, I studied Music Therapy and Psychology at Berklee College of Music. After finishing my undergraduate Degree at Berklee I worked as a Music Therapist at Children's Hospital Los Angeles and then worked for two years at an inpatient Psychiatric Hospital in LA. Working as a Music Therapist was fulfilling but left me feeling like I wanted to help get at the root of my client's trauma and have a deeper impact on their lives. After finishing my Master's I worked as a family therapist for a preventative program funded by Child Protective Services, I then transitioned to a group practice based in Brooklyn serving a diverse client caseload. I have now been working in private practice for over four years working primarily with women with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, perfectionism and body-image related issues.
My name is Marley Deutchman, a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in NY, NJ, and FL. I treat children, adolescents, and adult clients from diverse backgrounds utilizing treatment approaches based on the developmental level of the individual. I also treat and provide supportive therapies for families and provide parent-training when needed. I have specific training and experience in treating individuals with autistic spectrum disorders.
I am a dedicated and compassionate collaborator committed to helping you navigate life's challenges. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and deeply empathetic. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by trauma, grief, or the daily stresses of life, I’m here to support and empower you.
