Hey hey! My name is Madison and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in the State of NC. I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from UNC - Greensboro and my Master in Social Work from North Carolina Central University. I have a passion to work with adolescents and young adults, who aspire to be seen, heard, and ready to do the work towards a better self. As a previous teenager and as a young adult, I empathize with so many lived experiences that take place during these stages of development.

Welcome! My name is Dr. Shannon O'Connor. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Certified Clinical Supervisor, and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. I have advanced training in addiction, which means you are getting specialized care. I have been in the mental health field for 18 years. I have doctoral-level training working with adults with various stressors in their lives, and I try to help those I work with find tools designed to create lasting change, not just short-term control.
My name is Surayyah James, and I’m a board-certified nurse practitioner in psychiatry. My practice is rooted in compassion and respect, offering a thoughtful blend of medication management, therapy, and mindfulness—all tailored to what truly works for you
My years of experience of working in the community as a social worker and as a therapist has provided the opportunity to observe and understand the various dynamics that life offers one from need and challenges to accomplishment and triumph. In working with diverse populations, I am able to genuinely offer sympathy and empathy without compromising the therapeutic relationship. Our society today is in search of helpers who can relate, adapt and show genuine care.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) providing virtual therapy for adults in North Carolina. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, emotional overwhelm, ADHD-related challenges, and relationship stress.
I have a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy and have been practicing since 2015. I worked in the behavioral health field with children and families for 15 years prior to becoming a marriage and family therapist. I love working with individuals, couples and families.
