Hi! I'm Carissa, and I am part of a group practice, AuDHD Practice PLLC, that works primarily with neurodivergent clients (ADHD, Autism, etc.). My aim is to provide a warm, affirming, safe space for people on the spectrum and their loved ones. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering mental health and counseling services.
I know starting a new therapy relationship can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, relationship stress, or deep grief. My goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and never rushed. Together, we will move at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you right now. If you’d like to integrate your Christian faith into therapy, I’m honored to support that, and I also work comfortably with clients from all backgrounds and beliefs.
I offer a gentle, supportive environment where clients of all ages can feel seen and understood. My focus is on helping you build insight, resilience, and confidence so you can move forward in ways that feel authentic and empowering.
