She is licensed as a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA), Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), and (LSOTP-S). She holds a Doctorate of Philosophy from Capella University & a Master’s Degree in Psychology from HBU.

For the last 11 years I’ve helped people to regain life balance, self-compassion and reclaim their lives from the grips of trauma. An Air Force veteran and trauma clinician, I’m keenly attuned to the unique needs of military members, first responders, helping professionals, crime survivors, and how exposure to trauma can affect their well-being.
