Are you going through difficult times? I am here to help you get through it, to help you live the life you desire. Seeking help is a sign of strength and the first step to recovery.
I work with adults and adolescents who feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or burned out. Many come for support with anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, relationship challenges, perfectionism, overthinking, or life transitions, including the hormonal and emotional changes of perimenopause and menopause. My clients want clarity, balance, and practical strategies to feel more in control and confident in their daily lives.
I provide a collaborative, individualized approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), positive psychology, strengths-based strategies, and self-esteem/communication coaching. Together, we build practical tools to reduce anxiety, stress, burnout, insomnia, and emotional overwhelm, strengthen confidence, improve sleep and focus, manage emotions, and navigate life transitions.
I have spent a majority of my training working across the lifespan from childhood to adulthood, and within family systems. I am trained in helping clients with stress and anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. Some of the individuals that I work with are in recovery from eating and substance-related disorders. My clients often face school and work avoidance and may find it difficult to do things they once enjoyed.
