I promote the healthy development of children, adolescents, adults and families.
I have over 10 years of experience working with adults in different modalities including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Group Psychotherapy. I have additional training in Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders from the Seleni Institute. I received my Master's of Science in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work where I studied Advanced Clinical Practice.
At Jumirean Mental Health Group, care is grounded in clinical excellence and faith-centered purpose. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adolescents and adults.
My approach is holistic—addressing the mind, body, and soul with intention and clinical precision. I believe true healing extends beyond symptom relief; it is the restoration of balance, the strengthening of resilience, and the rediscovery of clarity, purpose, and inner peace. Through comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, individualized medication management, and supportive therapeutic guidance, each treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to reflect the unique needs and lived experiences of every individual.
Life is going to send a lot of things your way. Things like changes in mood, trauma, depression, etc. Why go at it alone? Let's work together. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA clients looking to explore many areas of life. Areas of focus in my practice include identity development, unpacking trauma, and ADHD assessment and diagnosis. I also enjoy helping folks navigate neurodiversity in interpersonal relationships, and cope with anxiety/depression.
I believe in shared decision-making and in taking seriously the values, goals, and needs of the whole person. My work involves thoughtful psychiatric assessment, therapy, and medication management—each tailored to your individual life experiences. I approach every encounter with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story.
