Hello and welcome. I’m Ashley, a licensed clinical social worker, and I specialize in working with young adults (18+) and adults throughout adulthood who have experienced complex trauma and relational wounds. Many of the people I work with struggle with intense emotions, fear of abandonment, painful or unstable relationship patterns, a harsh inner critic, shame, or a sense of feeling lost or unsure of who they are.
These experiences can show up as complex trauma symptoms such as emotional overwhelm, mood shifts, dissociation, difficulty trusting others, people-pleasing, or feeling “too much” or “not enough.”
I believe trauma lives not only in the mind, but also in the body and in our relationships.
Together, we work to understand your emotional reactions and protective behaviors, not to judge them, but to help you feel safer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself and others.
If you recognize yourself in these experiences and are ready to work on trauma and relationship patterns, I would be honored to support you.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship stress, or difficult life experiences? Together, we’ll create a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped with tools to build confidence, improve relationships, and feel more in control of your life.
Hi, I’m Kerrigan Spangler, a therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and sexual concerns. I’m passionate about helping people feel more confident in themselves and more connected in their relationships. I value honesty, curiosity, and creating a space where you don’t feel judged or rushed. Therapy with me is a place where you can show up as you are and start making sense of what you’re going through.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience working with teens (13+), adults, active military, and veterans.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism. I also work with LGBTQ+ clients. I use CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy, but I don't take a one-size-fits-all approach. I focus on getting to the root of what's going on and figuring out what actually works for you.
You don't have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to show up. I'll do the work with you, no judgment, no pretense.
If you're ready, I'm here.
Hi, my name is Lauren and I am so glad that you have chosen to seek help. Starting therapy for yourself or your child can be daunting, but I am committed to building trusting relationships with my clients and providing a space where honesty and vulnerability can flourish. I am passionate about recognizing each individual's unique experiences that have shaped them and working collaboratively with my clients to tailor treatment to their specific needs.
Dr. Anand Jayanti is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with a passion for helping individuals and couples enhance their communication and emotional understanding. Born in India and raised throughout America, Dr. Jayanti's multicultural upbringing has deeply influenced his empathetic approach to psychiatry. As a child, he was often described as a "thinker," a trait that led him to channel his feelings through work. It was during his young adulthood that he realized the importance of not only thinking, but also openly expressing, a journey that continues to shape his professional and personal life. Dr. Jayanti earned his medical degree from Texas A&M College of Medicine and continued his training at The University of Texas at Austin. He completed his residency at the UT Health Science Center in Tyler and pursued a fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at UT Dell in Austin. Dr. Jayanti believes that improving communication is key to enhancing wellbeing in relationships. Throughout his life, he observed how misunderstandings between people often stemmed not from bad intentions but from a lack of tools and insights to understand and communicate their feelings. Dr. Jayanti sees patients struggling with relationships, marital issues, depression, anxiety, attention deficit, and trauma.
